Payment

​The ayment is taken in full at the time of booking to secure your slot and before the first lesson.
Your booking is not confirmed until the payment is received.

Cancellation and refund policy

Please note that private tuition as well as group lessons are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, the full fee will be charged.

Payments for private lessons which were cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice will either be re-scheduled depending on mutual availability or be refunded in full, if clients do no longer wish to have the lesson.
